Attended by 120 delegates from across the Republic, the Congress considered past developments in Armenia, Artsakh and the region; addressed the challenges of the day; approved amendments to the party bylaws; elected its new leadership; and adopted a resolution on the political situation and the upcoming parliamentary elections.

ЕРЕВАН, 24 окт – Sputnik. Власти Армении стремятся установить элементы тоталитарного управления к парламентским выборам 2026 года. Об этом заявил первый министр иностранных дел Армении, основатель партии "Наследие" Раффи Ованнисян на пресс-конференции в мультимедийном центре Sputnik Армения.

Yerevan--The executive board of the Heritage Party decided today to take part in the upcoming municipal elections in Etchmiadzin.
Heritage also approved the candidacy for mayor of Arkadiy Paytyan, currently a senior manager in the energy sector, a professional soldier and lieutenant colonel, and a participant in all the wars of self-defense for and around Artsakh.
The polls for mayor and city council, slated for November 16, will take place in the town of Vagharshapat and the extended Etchmiadzin area.
